Marketing strategy

A good marketing plan is a pathway to implementation of the marketing or campaign goals. It contains the synopsis of the current situation, depiction of the situation we want to achieve, the analysis of the internal and external environment, description of marketing or sales tools that will be used to achieve the desired market position and budgets needed to implement them, measuring controls (KPIs, benchmarks, etc.) and their desired values, remedies to correct if off course and a lot of appendices like detailed budgets, campaign planners, graphs relating to the findings of the analysis. Marketing plans can be short-term or long-term and be fully encompassing all marketing operations or just focusing on some of the marketing functions like research or online aspect of the business. BMF Design is aware that planning takes time and is sometimes difficult to follow especially if we are off the desired course. Plans are instrumental in achieving goals and needed as a tool of establishing where we are and what path has to be taken. We can help with any aspect of that doesn’t matter how big or small. |
