Newsletter & Bulletins

There are three types of the newsletters in use by businesses:

  • The Company Newsletter is used for internal communication to keep employees and staff informed and build morale. This newsletter contains updates about products, services, changes, achievements, policies, and opportunities, anything affecting those who work for your company, as well as profiles and human interest stories to cultivate team work. The readers of such newsletters are always employees, retirees, insiders.

  • The Consumer Newsletter is an external publication created to stay in touch with customers, readers, users, and subscribers and keep them in “family.” Most businesses, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors choose this newsletter format to inform customers or prospects about new product launch, industry news, or tips for using the services they’ve already purchased. The readers of the business intend to target are past or current clients, customers, or consumers or those with an interest in the products and services you offer.

  • The Organization Newsletter is a publication for both internal and external use. The organization newsletter is a unique blend that speaks to those in your inner operating circle (members, staff, employees, and board) as well as your consumers (donors, partners, readers, interested parties, and prospects). It is often chosen by most non-profits, charities and ministries as the content has updates, information, features, tips, announcements, industry news. This newsletter is aimed at current and past partners, donors, beneficiaries, insiders as well as those who may have an interest in your cause or be connected to your work in some way.
